Hi, I'm Easton.
I got into sourdough because my mom took a class and I thought — I could sell this. Honestly, I really wanted a Onewheel and needed a way to earn money. That's the real story.
I've had loaves come out flat as a quesadilla, loaves come out completely black, and loaves so big they press the top of my Dutch oven. I even cooked my starter alive once by accident. A family friend saved us with some of hers. Every week I learn something new.

This is the best sourdough I've had outside of San Francisco. The crust is perfect and the inside is exactly what sourdough should taste like.
